Desktop Support Specialist - 39152
Contract: 4 Months
As a Desktop Systems Specialist you will work with the team to support the tools and technology used by the end users including managers and supervisors in a high paced environment.
This helps our customers efficiently support and interact with customers. Your work at our company will help you use your problem solving abilities to remedy desktop, voice and infrastructure issues that the user community faces
Respond to Help Desk tickets to correct problems involving PCs, Apple iMacs, and other end user devices.
Ensure Desktop configuration and software are functioning as designed
Providing hands and feet support for server infrastructure, video technology LAN and Wireless environment and collaboration tools.
Technical support of Desktop equipment including PCs, Monitors, keyboards, printers or any other tools employed at the desktop
Proven communication skills both oral and written are a must
Proven problem solving skills Customer focused
Microsoft SCCM experience Remote support of desktop Desktop Imaging experience
Experience supporting Microsoft OS (Win 10 Preferred) and MS Office Suite
Experience supporting devices in a high paced environment
Experience working with Remedy or other Help Desk ticketing environment
Experience working with collaboration tools
Experience supporting Software distribution preferably SCCM
2 year degree (4 year preferred) in technology discipline
