Apollo has worked with these providers to develop a customized benefits package that meets the needs of our employees. Below, please find a list of the various programs we have in place:
401(k) Savings Program – Apollo offers a 401(k) plan that would be available to all contract employees. The program is managed by Empower and has a number of options within the plan. There are many quality mutual funds to choose from as well as a managed asset plan.
Health Insurance – Apollo offers employees the ability to participate in a Medical and Hospital through Key Solutions. The plan is fully compliant with the Affordable Care Act (ACA). The plan is made available with weekly pre-tax deductions.
Dental, Vision, and Various Life/Accident/Short Term Disability Insurance – Apollo employees have the ability to participate in Dental Insurance through Assurant. Other Assurant benefits include Life, Accidental Death and Dismemberment, and Short Term Disability Insurance. Vision insurance is provided through VSP and includes access to a national network of providers including optometrics and ophthalmologists. Payments to the plans are available through pre-tax deductions from your weekly payroll.
Direct Deposit – Apollo offers direct deposit to all employees. Direct deposit is made available the first week of employment and continues through the length of your assignment.
